Group 01 / 04
Cooling and water. We fit split units, VRF and chilled-water plant. We repair pump sets, motors and the tanks they feed. We size each job off a measured load. We balance it at commissioning and keep it on a schedule.

Diesel generator sets from 10 to 1,500 kVA. The transfer switching around them. Solar and electrical work that cuts what the meter reads. We load-bank test every unit before turnover. Most of the work here is maintenance.
03 — Electrical / Power
32 references10 to 1,500 kVA, diesel. We size, supply and install them with transfer switching, enclosures and fuel systems. Then we run top overhauls, oil and filter programmes, and load tests for years after. Industrial compressors run under the same contracts.
04 — Electrical / Power
9 referencesWe survey, install and maintain rooftop arrays and solar street lighting. We keep them lit. We handle building electrical work, panel boards and distribution. We rewire installations nobody has drawings for, and we draw the as-builts.
Group 03 / 04
Our biggest group by some way. We build fire detection and suppression to RA 9514. We fit the screening and access control that agencies put at the door. Your safety officer witnesses the testing. The records go into your FSIC file.
05 — Life safety
47 referencesAddressable and conventional FDAS. Sprinklers, fire pumps and clean-agent suppression for server and records rooms. We design to RA 9514 and the NFPA references it cites. Your officers witness the acceptance test. We test it again every year.
06 — Security systems
29 referencesIP cameras and recorders. Biometric and face-recognition access control. Turnstiles, gate barriers, baggage X-ray and walk-through detectors. We supply, install and commission the lot. We train your guards on it.
Group 04 / 04
Most terms of reference split this across four suppliers. We do all four. Cabling and fibre out to branch offices. Session-hall audiovisual. HRIS and agency websites. The equipment on the delivery receipt.
07 — Information technology
12 referencesHorizontal and backbone cabling, tested and certified. Fibre between buildings. Switching, routing, enterprise wireless, racks and server-room fit-out. We roll it out branch by branch for agencies with offices nationwide.
08 — Audiovisual
7 referencesSession halls, boardrooms, command centres and training rooms. Display, audio, control and conferencing run on one system. Public address and paging. Window intercoms for frontline counters. Teleprompters.
09 — Information technology
22 referencesHRIS with biometric time capture and leave management. Agency websites, portals and mobile apps. Hosting and mailboxes. We build it with your focal persons. We support it after go-live, not just hand it over.
