Wattsavers publishes 153 project references, naming clients and scope

Contract amounts and reference numbers are deliberately left off the public list — the contractor says those belong in bid documents, not on a website.

ANTIPOLO CITY, Philippines — Aug. 18, 2026 — Wattsavers Energy Services Company has published its full project record on its website: 153 references across six disciplines, each naming the client, the location and the scope of work.

Contractor experience is normally verified in private. An agency's bids and awards committee receives a list of completed contracts inside a bid envelope, checks it against certificates and statements, and no one outside that room sees it. Publishing the record moves the claim into the open, where it can be checked before a bid is opened rather than after.

“Every contractor in this country says it has done hundreds of projects. Almost none of them will tell you which ones. We would rather be asked a hard question about a job on that list than be believed on the strength of a number in a brochure.”

Joel Bauzon, General Manager, Wattsavers Energy Services Company

The list spans generator sets and compressors, air-conditioning, structured cabling, CCTV and access control, IT solutions, and IT supply. Entries range from preventive maintenance of the generator sets at the Malacañang Compound for the Office of the President, to an agency-wide rollout of interactive displays across 24 Pag-IBIG Fund branches in Luzon. Sections for solar and for fire detection and alarm systems are published alongside them, with those records still being compiled.

Each entry names the client, the site and what was actually installed or maintained, rather than a project title. The record covers work completed since the company was founded in 2016 and is updated as projects are accepted.

The record is published at wattsavers.com.ph/projects. Statements of completed contracts, certificates of completion and client references for any listed project are prepared routinely for bids and are available on request.
